Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Responsibilities
Process customer credits, manual and installment invoices, ensuring accuracy andadherence to company policies
Manage customer payments and apply them accurately to accounts
Follow up on outstanding invoices and maintain consistent communication with
customers to resolve any discrepancies
Prepare and analyze AR aging reports to monitor overdue payments
Prepare client refunds
