Case Manager

We are in the process of recruiting a Case Manager in Fresno, California, 93726, United States and are keen to add a dedicated and meticulous individual to our team. In this role, your primary function will be to manage personal injury cases from the initial intake to settlement.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, dealing with inquiries, and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing regular updates on case progress.
- Collect and scrutinize intake information, medical documentation, and additional supporting documents.
- Manage property damage claims effectively.
- Ensure proper communication with adjusters and verify insurance coverage.
- Coordinate medical appointments and treatments for clients and follow up accordingly.
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring they are well-prepared for demand submission.
- Collaborate with attorneys to determine case value and negotiate settlements.
- Monitor the progress of cases proactively, ensuring all necessary actions are taken.
- Analyze medical records to support case handling.
- Schedule and coordinate various appointments as part of case management. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Case Manager role or similar.
- Proficiency in Medical Records Analysis.
- Experience in Client Intake procedures.
- Knowledge of Property Damage Claim management.
- Familiarity with Personal Injury Law.
- Ability to handle Prelitigation processes.
- Proven experience in Case Management.
- Excellent skills in Coordinating Schedules.
