Family Law Legal Secretary

Our client is a family law firm seeking a highly organized and competent Legal Secretary to join their fast-paced team in downtown San Jose. Experience working in family law is strongly preferred. This position is in person and requires daily attendance at the client's San Jose, California law office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electronic filing, including accurate document naming and organization
- Scheduling and attorney calendar management
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Preparing, scanning, and organizing documents with precision
- Utilizing Adobe Sign for document processing
- Master tasking, including court calendaring
- Crafting and processing form letters
- Experience working as a legal secretary or in a similar position
- Experience working in family law
- High level of attention to detail and organization
- Familiarity with California e-filing systems
- Familiarity with DocuSign and Adobe Sign
