Accounting Coordinator
The candidate will work as an Accounting Coordinator responsible for maintaining accurate sales records and processing daily financial transactions such as credit card and check deposits. They will also handle vendor invoices, assist customers with sales orders over the phone, and participate in ad-hoc projects to support the accounting team.

Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics SL
- Sales Journals: A record where all sales transactions are documented daily for accuracy in financial reporting.
- credit card deposits: The process of recording payments received through credit cards from customers into the company's financial systems.
- check deposits: Involves collecting and recording checks received from customers into the financial system.
- three way matching: An accounting process that compares purchase orders, goods receipt notes, and supplier invoices to ensure consistency before making payments.
- accounts payable: A department or function in a company responsible for managing outgoing bills and payments to vendors.
- Microsoft Excel: A spreadsheet program used for data organization, calculation, graphing tools, pivot tables, and a macro programming language.
- Microsoft Dynamics SL: An enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solution designed for project-driven organizations used to manage various business operations.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
