RobertHalf is excited to collaborate with an established growing company to find a qualified Receptionist. This Receptionist role is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a great team with a fantastic company culture. This Receptionist role would be a full-time and temporary-to-hire position in a professional office setting. The position would be starting as soon as possible. It requires the following skills and duties:
Act as first point of contract both in person and over the phone, greet clients as they arrive.
Must be detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.
Familiar with multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office a must.
Ability to take direction well, be comfortable working both alongside a team and independently.
Assist in other administrative and clerical duties as necessary, help out with excel spreadsheets and possibly power-point slides.
