Senior Project Manager - $1B General Contractor/Developer

• One of the largest privately held family-owned construction and real estate development firms in the industry.
• Founded as a family carpentry business in 1870, they has active participation from the 4th, 5th and 6th generations.
• Milwaukee office sits at about 90 individuals - gives that small family-owned office feel while still having the structure and financial backing of a $1B+ company
• Their projects focus in the following markets: Commercial interiors, corporate offices, entertainment, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, K-12, industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, multifamily/residential, retail, senior living

• Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities
• Produce all elements of project execution plan and implement
• Provide jobsite leadership in the area of safety and quality
• Maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.

• BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $50-100 million or larger
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong technical and communication skills are critical
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)
