We are in search of an HR Generalist who will be tasked with handling a range of responsibilities. You will be involved in processing relevant paperwork, maintaining compliance, ensuring efficient communication, and managing employee relations.

• Handle the filing and coordination of various documents pertaining to employee benefits.
• Review and process Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork.
• Utilize systems such as ADP
• Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS
• Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Dayforce for efficient workflow.
• Perform various duties as assigned, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Foster positive employee relations and address any issues as they arise.
• Leverage your communication skills to relay information effectively within the organization.
• Oversee benefit functions, ensuring all employee benefits are managed correctly.
• Proven experience with ADP
• Financial Services is essential
• Mastery of ADP Workforce Now software required
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must
• Proficiency in using Ceridian software is expected
• Knowledge of Dayforce software is necessary
• Experience in handling Benefit Functions is crucial
• Strong Communication skills are required
• Demonstrated knowledge of Compliance in a government setting is needed
• Proven track record in managing Employee Relations is crucial
• Comprehensive understanding of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is required
