Overview:

LMI is seeking a skilled Talent Management and Culture Consultant for our headquarters office in Tysons, VA. This position will lead and support various talent management initiatives including employee engagement programs and events, mentoring, performance management, and training/professional development.

This role reports to the Vice President of Talent Management and proactively collaborates across the business, Talent Management and larger Human Resources team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess employee development needs and implement engagement, training, and retention strategies.
  • Design and deliver innovative learning experiences, including leadership development programs, new leader onboarding, interactive training modules, and digital learning solutions.
  • Leverage AI tools and data analytics to enhance workflows, optimize decision-making, scale business processes, and personalize learning pathways.
  • Drive workforce digital proficiency and effective adoption of AI technologies.
  • Support performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and ratings.
  • Manage LMI’s mentoring program (Chronus), including scheduling, system administration, and training.
  • Analyze talent management data to identify trends and measure impact.
  • Develop applications for external awards and support LMI’s Luminary Awards.
  • Lead planning and execution of corporate engagement events.
  • Oversee stay and exit interview programs.
  • Provide change management support for corporate initiatives, including acquisitions and task forces.
  • Assist with HR policies, compliance, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • - 5+ years of experience in talent management, employee engagement, or related HR functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, facilitation, and leadership development.
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HR analytics, AI-driven tools, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Business acumen with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Event planning and program management experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and regularly report onsite at LMI’s Tysons HQ.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and data analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, compliance, and workforce trends in government contracting.
  • Management consulting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional services or consulting experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior leaders.
  • Innovative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions, e-learning, and leadership workshops.
  • Experience with HR software such as UKG Pro, Chronus, Percepio, Articulate 360, or Synthesia.

The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.

The salary range to this position is-$80,000-$137,000
