Job Description

Cost Analysis and Estimation: Review project plans, specifications, and materials to prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other expenses.
Bid Preparation: Compile and submit detailed proposals for bids, ensuring all costs, timelines, and project requirements are clearly outlined.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, pricing, and availability of resources to provide competitive and realistic estimates.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather input and refine estimates.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and account for contingencies to mitigate cost overruns and delays.

The Successful Applicant

BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in the building/construction/property industry
Experience with conceptual estimating
Ground up project knowledge and experience
