Key Responsibilities:
Process daily reimbursement transactions received from channel partners efficiently.
Handle product tracking records, warranty claims, and Product Improvement Program (PIP) claims.
Ensure equitable and timely reimbursement to channel partners while safeguarding company assets.
Utilize your knowledge and experience to make informed decisions on complex machines and issues.
Process financial (debit and credit) transactions between channel partners and inter-company departments accurately and promptly.
Assist company personnel and channel partners in navigating warranty systems and address warranty or PIP-related inquiries.
Manage reimbursement administration requests from channel partners, field representatives, marketing units, and factories.
Education/Experience:
Preferred: At least a 2-year Associate's Degree (but not required).
Background in claims processing or call center roles is beneficial.
