About Our Client

Tech company in NYC is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their President. This role will be in office in Manhattan 5 days a week. $130k-$160k+ bonus and great benefits.

Job Description
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage a complex and dynamic schedule, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of appointments.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence, screening calls, and relaying messages promptly.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, documents, and materials for meetings; take detailed notes and track follow-up tasks.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Expense Management: Process and track expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Project Assistance: Support the President on various professional projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Office Liaison: Act as a liaison between the President and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
  • Errands: Handle personal errands, such as shopping, gift purchases, and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Household Coordination: Manage appointments, maintenance, and other tasks related to the President's household.
  • Travel Assistance: Support personal travel planning and arrangements.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating personal events or social engagements.

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a high-level Executive Assistant role, with experience supporting C-suite executives preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Attributes:
  • Highly adaptable and able to pivot quickly between professional and personal tasks.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
