Calling all accounting professionals. Our Client is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join their Accounts Receivable Team This position will be responsible for a variety of AR/Billing and Collections duties The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and reliable, with a customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.

salary: $54,000 - $56,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Post payments to accounts.
Reconcile accounts.
Release orders for cash accounts.
Contact customers with past due money.
Run credit card payments through machine.
Electronic deposit to bank.

Parts billing of direct orders responsibilities includes adding necessary freight charges and premium charges. Ability to make receiving corrections as needed. Final invoicing to customer as well as proper filing procedures.
