We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative / Patient Services Coordinator I in BLOOMFIELD, Connecticut. Responsibilities:
- Accurately process patient service applications in a timely manner
- Maintain and update patient records to ensure accurate information is available
- Respond to patient inquiries, providing comprehensive and timely resolutions
- Monitor patient accounts and take necessary actions when required
- Handle patient check-ins and registration procedures as part of front desk operations
- Utilize Epic software to manage patient data and streamline operations

- Ensure compliance with all local and industry regulations pertaining to patient services
- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide high-quality patient service. • Proficiency in Epic Software
- Experience in patient services

- Knowledge of healthcare industry's regulations and medical terminologies
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated
- Experience in an administrative role is a plus
