Design Compliance Manager
L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Design Compliance Manager. You will manage the architectural and engineering design processes to conform to professional industry standards.-Reviews/creates in-house technical designs for non-Design-Build projects-Responsible for developing third party/consultant contract task order scope of works with associated estimates-Responsible for managing third party/consultant contract task order scope of work to develop required technical documents for Design-Build/Non-Design Build projects-Responsible for monitoring and/or auditing third-party technical design and engineering activities for compliance with the contract's requirements-Provides continuous design oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle-Manages and allocates design review team members to project schedules/milestones-Acts as technical authority & governance
