Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our clients team in Oceanside. You will play an essential role in areas such as employee relations, performance management, HR administration, compliance, recruitment, and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all employees.
2. Participate in crafting policies and procedures.
3. Perform benefits administration, including change reporting and communicating benefits information to employees.
4. Conduct recruitment efforts; conduct new employee orientations and employee relations counseling.
5. Handle employee-related services.
6. Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
7. Comprehensive understanding of local employment laws and their application.
8. Ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations matters.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
