Pay rate: $84,000 - $96,000 – YearlyShift availability: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm EST *60-70% Hybrid, 30% travel throughout the U.S.

The consultant is responsible for ensuring that the company’s products are implemented within the customer organization in such a way as to meet or exceed a customer’s reasonable expectations of the solution’s technical and business benefits.
This role requires a hardworking and enthusiastic person with strong technical and communication skills who is able to establish and maintain trusted technical advisor status.
Our ideal Professional Services Consultant candidate must be able to:
- Strong ability to analyze and benchmark customer’s data-set to drive insights for ongoing operations.
- Experience in end-user computing common issues and high skills in troubleshooting enterprise
- Systems technical issues.
- Maintain Nexthink’s healthy operations in terms of product upgrades and value realization.
- Analyze customer needs, goals strategic plans and constraints in order to advise on the best possible use of Nexthink.
- Provide actionable insights to customers and automation opportunities.
- Be a part of customer internal process.
- Support customer initiatives on Nexthink different areas of operation.
- Build content based on customers’ requirements and collaborate with specialized teams for advanced content build.
- Provide new insights to integrate Nexthink with existing customers’ solutions.
- Work against a set of service levels (SLAs)
- Stay up to date with Nexthink platform releases and new products to the level required for the above activities.
- Be Able to travel up to 30% along US states and flexibility to work remotely and Onsite.
Education/Certification Requirements:
- BA/BS preferred in computer science, computer engineering.
Experience requirements for this Professional Services Consultant:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical consulting, analytics & automation.
- Knowledge/Experience with Nexthink Software
- Experience in Basic Network Troubleshooting and analysis of network related issues.
- Very Good troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of IT Operations and ITIL.
- History of data analysis and drive to actionable insights.
- Desired Experience with cloud deployments (Architecture-Security”SSO” and API’s)
- Excellent Communications, customer facing and teamwork skills.
- General awareness of Industry standards (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, NIST)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft windows clients and applications beside Mac OSX Basic Knowledge.
- Exposure to digital transformation projects preferably End User Related.
- ITIL4,CCNA/CCNP,MCSA/MCSE is a plus.
