Pre Litigation Pi Case Manager - Tampa

Position Overview:We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Case Manager with Florida law experience who will know how to do the job on day one. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for opening files, client communication, medical management, requesting records, preparing demands, negotiating medical bills and preparing closing statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60-75 pre-litigation personal injury cases under partner supervision.
- Maintain communication with clients, ensuring they feel supported and updated.
- Interact with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and monitor medical records for treatment compliance.
- Prepare demand packages, assist with negotiations, prepare closing statements and negotiate medical balances.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Associates degree or higher
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Plaintiffs pre-litigation personal injury Case Manager (in Florida), with the ability to manage cases independently from day one
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Filevine (preferred), Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Other skills highly valued: Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills with a client-first approach
- Base Salary: $60,000+
- Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based bonuses
