Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring accurate message-taking and call routing.
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with conference room bookings.
  • Sort and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and report preparation.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Provide general support to the team and assist with special projects as requested.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a reception, front desk, or administrative role is welcomed but not mandatory.
