The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating information technology initiatives across a very large Government enterprise. The successful candidate will provide but not limited to:

  • Project Management and coordination support to ensure program milestones and objectives are met while facilitating team and stakeholder communication.
  • Build and maintain project schedules, track issues, validate milestones, facilitate meetings and develop briefings.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and work toward identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • This is a fully remote role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Project Manager; or Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager; or equivalent experience combined education.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust (US citizenship OR green card holder living in the US for the past 5 years)
  • Ability to coordinate project stakeholder meetings and address multiple stakeholders needs
  • Apply Project Management skills such as schedule development, stakeholder management, scope management, issue tracking, procurement tracking, reporting, and communications management
  • Work directly with the client IT Director to plan and successfully track tasks activities and final outcomes
  • Ability to create and deliver quality presentations utilizing PowerPoint
  • Apply process improvement techniques and methods to identify and implement process efficiencies
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to quickly identify client needs, reprioritize quickly and approach tasks in an adaptable manner
  • Ability to summarize project results and explain complex issues in presentation format
  • The ability to write in a clear and succinct manner
  • All candidates must have strong communication and writing skills
  • Understand principles of software testing, development, and/or management

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior federal consulting experience preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • Understanding information technology development and/or management preferred
  • Data Analytics skills desired
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, project management, and facilitating meetings
  • Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiation and follow through
  • Ability to solve problems independently, responsible for meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work on teams and deal effectively with people
  • Flexibility to reprioritize work and meet aggressive timelines

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.

Posted Salary Range: USD $81,270.00 - USD $126,970.00 /Yr.
