We are hiring for a full time CNC Machinist on the first shift. Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating CNC machines, reading blueprints, conducting quality inspections, and collaborating with team members to enhance efficiency.

salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

Set Up Machines: Prepare and set up CNC machines for production runs, including loading programs and making necessary adjustments.
Operation: Operate CNC mills, lathes, or other machining equipment to fabricate parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with tolerances and quality standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and any issues encountered during the machining process.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other team members to improve processes and resolve any production issues.
