Randstad's Client in Melville, NY is hiring for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support, including filing, scanning documents, answering phones, light customer service, scheduling appointments, and performing basic accounting tasks.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. We are open to entry level candidates or candidates with up to a year of office experience looking for a role with growth potential.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Scan and upload documents into our digital database.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, providing a high level of service.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other events.
  • Perform light bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, invoice processing, and tracking expenses.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with general office duties including mail distribution and supply management.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
