Staff Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team in a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office. What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the general ledger, categorizing transactions and balancing assets, liabilities, and expenses.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, generate financial statements, and create reports to support business decisions.
• Ensure tax compliance by handling tax payments, filing returns, and staying up to date with regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements to maintain financial accuracy.
• Lead month-end and year-end closures, ensuring financials are audit-ready.
• Work closely with auditors, providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize financial processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software (a plus!).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
