Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Wyndris location.
Schedule: This is a full time position that works Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care, and adult day services.
Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support, exemplary customer service and various administrative tasks as a support to the tenants and staff at Wyndris.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- One or more years of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products and computer savvy in other programs.
- Demonstrate tact, dependability, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to work with little supervision and make appropriate judgments.
- Ability to work as a team member and adapt to changes in work assignments.
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to display a professional, calm, courteous manner.
