We are in search of a Collections Specialist based in Westbury, New York. This role focuses on managing collections and accounts receivable within our industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including portfolio management, phone and email collections.

- Manage collections portfolio with a focus on improving accounts receivable.

- Leverage accounting software systems for efficient and accurate work.
- Maintain customer relationships through CRM.

- Use Excel formulas for efficient data management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
