Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer are:

1. Installation and Commissioning:

• Perform on-site installations of power system products, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
• Conduct commissioning activities and verify system performance to meet customer specifications.

1. Maintenance and Repairs:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with power system products at customer sites.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities to enhance product reliability and performance.

1. Customer Support:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns in a timely manner.

1. Training:

• Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of our power system products.
• Develop and update training materials to ensure customers are well-equipped to operate our products.

1. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, service tickets, and customer communication.
• Provide feedback to the engineering team for product improvement based on field experiences.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Field Service Engineer will have:

• Strong Electronics Experience
• Background in Electrical Control Operation
• Experience with Subsystems would be a huge plus
• Ability to travel up to 50%
