Responsibilities:
The Retail Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting our Guideshop locations through building and refining processes, tools, and communication to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. A Retail Operations Specialist must have strong communication and people skills to work cross-functionally with various teams across the business, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, HR, Technology, Real Estate, Facilities, Training and Product teams.The Retail Operations Specialist will report directly to our Manager of Retail Operations and partner with the Training Specialist, Director of Stores and District Managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Support Guideshop locations in managing daily operations and executing strategic business initiatives
- Enhance the customer experience by working with partners across the organization to continually improve Guideshop operations
- Partner closely with District and Guideshop Managers as an expert in operations, systems, business tools, and reporting
- Design communication plans for new Guideshop initiatives and collect, edit, and publish daily Guideshop communications
- Support Guideshop locations with day-to-day operational tasks including troubleshooting technology services, system access management, reporting supervision, and system/policy construction
- Build and distribute custom reporrtng solutions for Guideshop locations
- Liaise Guideshop facilities maintenance and ensure emergency procedures are in place
- Support construction projects and work with cross-functional teams in new store openings and store improvement projects
- Monitor Guideshop operations budget and create tools to drive continuous improvement in expense control
- Maintain vendor relationships and partnerships for Guideshop systems and supplies
- Support the execution of regular Guideshop strategic and educational conferencess
- Identify and implement innovation opportunities in Guideshop systems, tools, and technology
- Have 3-5 years of relevant retail operations, retail facilities, or similar experience
- Thrive on working collaboratively with equally action-oriented and dedicated members of a team
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate extraordinary problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize workload
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and think creatively to grow company profitability
- Able to travel to markets across the country to support Guideshop locations
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Full-time associates may be eligible to participate in our incentive plan.
Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
Salary Range: $78,800 - $108,600
