Logistics Clerk

The workplace environment requires fluent Spanish communication skills and the ability to handle various work shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring efficient communication with drivers concerning pickup/dropoff and other related issues.
• Accurately entering sales orders into the system and communicating updates where necessary.
• Providing support to the sales team, mainly through handling logistics and dispatching tasks.
• Utilizing excellent phone skills to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Providing high-quality customer service, including answering inbound calls and resolving issues promptly.
• Effectively managing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions to optimize business processes.
• Regularly communicating with the reporting supervisor, keeping them informed of any significant issues or developments
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Proficiency in computer programs relevant to logistics and distribution
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Knowledge of ERP Solutions for logistics management
• Ability to handle answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Experience with billing functions in a logistics context
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven customer service skills in a logistics or distribution setting
