Bilingual Spanish Receptionist

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist in our North Miami, Florida office. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative duties, including handling multi-line phone systems, providing exceptional customer service, and managing data entry and email correspondence.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a multi-line phone system and directing calls as necessary
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Accurately entering data and maintaining up-to-date customer records
• Handling email correspondence and ensuring timely responses to inquiries
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various administrative tasks
• Organizing files and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars as needed
• Leveraging your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems
