  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to complete tasks and projects
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence
  • Ability to schedule and manage appointments effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
