Sr. Accountant

You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling multi-entity records, and overseeing AP and AR analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage AP and AR Analysts
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Coordinate with multiple company records/cost centers of payroll and accounts receivable to align and consolidate
• Handle balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP Accounting standards
• Manage month-end close processes and journal entries
• Utilize software such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions
• Work on bi-monthly payroll and consolidate financial statements
• Handle medical insurance billing and navigate through complex insurance claims, including Medicare. • Applicant must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role as a Senior Accountant.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation is a necessity for this position.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliation is required.
• Applicant should be skilled in performing bank reconciliations.
• Mastery of general ledger management is expected.
• Ability to accurately process journal entries is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with month end close procedures is necessary.
• Knowledge of NetSuite software is desirable.
• Familiarity with Oracle financial software is a plus.
• Experience with SAP accounting software is beneficial.
• Experience in medical insurance billing is desirable.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles is required.
• Experience in managing cost centers is preferred.
• Proficiency in preparing consolidated financial statements is necessary.
• Experience in handling bi-monthly payroll is a plus.
