Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

• ERP Data Migration: Initially focus on validating and cleansing data from our legacy ERP system to ensure readiness for migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD 365).
• Production and Operations: Post-migration, work broadly on enhancing production and operational processes at the plant.
• Capex Investment Integration: Help incorporate capital expenditure investments into our operations, ensuring smooth and effective implementation.
• Process Maturity: Drive the maturation of our manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support the growth and development of the site, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process and beyond, supporting operational decisions with reliable data.

Qualifications:

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: 5-10 years proven experience in an industrial engineering lead role within a manufacturing environment.
• ERP Expertise: Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly experience with data validation, cleansing, and migration. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of production and operations processes. Ability to drive process improvements and integrate new investments.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis skills with attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
