We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Salem, Massachusetts. The Administrative Assistant will be a vital part of our team, managing and updating our Salesforce database, along with supporting general administrative duties across the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately update and maintain records in Salesforce database.
  • Input gifts and track in-kind gift sponsors using Salesforce and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in the organization and wrapping of gifts for annual gift drives.
  • Generate and print acknowledgment letters utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Provide a range of general administrative support to the team.
  • Step in and assist team members with their tasks when necessary.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.
  • Utilize Salesforce Lightning Platform and Salesforce.com for various tasks.
  • Apply Administrative Assistance and MS Office skills in daily operations. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Administrative Assistant role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Platform and Salesforce.com.
  • Strong administrative assistance skills, including scheduling, correspondence, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications a plus.
