This established GC specializes in ground-up commercial construction and has a strong pipeline of storage facility projects. With a reputation for delivering high-quality tilt-wall structures, they are looking for a seasoned Superintendent to join their growing team.

Job Description

Oversee ground-up storage facility projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and safety compliance.
Manage tilt-wall construction processes, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Conduct on-site problem-solving to keep projects running efficiently.
Ensure safety protocols and quality control are met at all stages.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in tilt-wall construction.
Proven expertise in ground-up storage facility projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors.
Knowledge of South Florida building codes and regulations.
Commitment to safety, quality, and project efficiency.
