Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Jupiter, Florida. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, and facilitating internal communications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a high volume of customers on a daily basis
• Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
• Facilitate internal communications within the team and with distributors to resolve any issues
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Teams, for various tasks
• Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Use problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer inquiries
• Work collaboratively with distributors to resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor customer accounts regularly
• Schedule appointments as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
• Skilled in answering inbound calls and handling inbound/outbound calls
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Excellent email correspondence skills
• Experience with order entry systems
• Ability to schedule appointments in a timely and organized manner
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of professionalism and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
