Your Role:
We are currently seeking candidates for our Finance Development Program. This program is open to graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.

Participants in our two-year Finance Development Program will be provided with a broad foundation of training and experience aimed at developing the technical, professional and leadership skills necessary for rapid advancement in one of the world’s most well-known and respected consumer products companies.
The program consists of four six-month assignments, each aimed at developing functional expertise as well as providing participants with broad exposure to a variety of accounting and finance skills. This role will be based onsite in Lake Forest, IL.
You’ll work alongside seasoned accounting and finance professionals to gain hands-on, real-world experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and controls. You’ll learn how to efficiently maintain and improve our state-of-the-art financial systems and processes.You’ll analyze complex data and provide high-level summary information. You’ll model costs and participate in the budgeting and forecasting process. You’ll also participate in and learn how to lead critical projects that drive cost transparency and efficiencies.
Each participant will benefit from strong leadership, ongoing coaching, and regular mentoring. Mentors will provide valuable career insight, facilitate networking across the organization and serve as a key resource for developing a clear understanding of our ethics, values and a company culture that emphasizes the importance of diversity and inclusion.You’ll be on the fast track to success.
Participants in this highly selective program will receive a competitive salary of $68,500.
Qualifications:
We need you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting completed by June 2025.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to take on new assignments.
Icing on the Cake:
- Prior internship and/or co-op experience in finance or accounting.
- Experience working with data analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Hyperion Smartview) and other financial systems (SAP Hana, Oracle).
