Overview:
- Full Time Hygienist in Birmingham, Alabama
- 4-5 days per week, Monday-Thursday, Friday as needed
- 7:45am-5:00pm
- Hourly Rate or Percentage of Production (whichever is greater)
- Benefits: Medical Insurance, 401k, Vision, PTO, etc.
Qualifications:
- State Hygiene License
