Full Time Executive Assistant
The EA is expected to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion, and exercise independent professional judgment and discretion in fulfilling the duties of the position. The EA must be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to details and also be creative and enjoy working within an environment that is mission-driven, results-oriented, and supportive of the communities Masada serves.
Requirements- At least three (3) years of experience providing office management and high-level senior executive administrative support.
- Familiarity and experience with the non-profit sector.
- Excellent computer abilities. Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Google Docs, and other IT, web-based, and electronic communication programs.
- Strong writing, verbal communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with calendar management and event planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills w/the ability to take initiative, multi-task, and be a team player.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to function independently, and commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy.
- High levels of integrity, trustworthiness, flexibility, compassion, and humor along with the creativity and persistence required to elicit new thinking and change.
- Direct management experience and a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) a plus.
