Required Skills:

• Scrum Master Certification
• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments
• One or more years of experience in which one or more of the following occurred:
• Demonstrated competency in the execution of SAFe practices and ART
• Gained experience leading teams providing coaching, mentoring and training to internal teams. This is not a requirement nor part of the responsibilities
• Experience delivering value by meeting requirements, on schedule and on budget
• Experience with SAFe and agile practices including use of Microsoft Office and Atlassian Suite (JIRA and Confluence)
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Skills:

• SAFe certification
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels (employees and leaders); including strong presentation skills.
