Job Description
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Oversee the production team
- Implement a new and efficient production schedule
- Develop individual team members and track their performance in alignment with HR policies and procedures
- Recognize and relay equipment and material requirements to management, engineering, and maintenance teams as necessary to resolve issues and address limitations.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Production Supervisor will have what follows:
- Proven ability to lead operations across multiple shifts in an industrial environment
- Minimum of 8 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong conflict resolution skills to promote effective employee-supervisor relationships
- Familiarity with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams) required
