Our clients have become our extended family and they only deserve the best! We treat a large variety of post-operative surgical orthopedic patients as well as acute strains, sprains, MVA and work-related injuries.
Duties:
Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records|imaging, and reason for visit
Consult with referring Physicians|Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living. Orthotics and dry needling if certified
Compose discharge notes for patients, refer to appropriate outside sources, as necessary
Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
Documentation|progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
Collaboration with the other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
Contribute to the development and promotion of the practice

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our practice full time in Dunkirk and Prince Frederick, MD. The incoming Physical Therapist will be evaluating patients and developing effective plans of care (POC) based on their injuries and limitations.

Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
Requirements: Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program , DPT preferred
PT License in MDOutpatient clinical experience is a necessity.
Schedule: Full time
4 ten-hour days. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (we are flexible with schedules)
Compensation: $80k-$110k per year (DOE)
Benefits: Bonus pay|profit sharing (10% profit sharing over salaries)
