Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our educational programs and services to prospective students, agents, and organisations. You will play a key role in achieving the college's enrolment and growth objectives by establishing strong relationships and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and compile lists of potential client businesses and educationagents using directories and other available sources.
Continuously update knowledge of the college's programs, competitors' offerings, and market trends to stay informed and competitive.
Conduct visits to existing and prospective client businesses and agents to identify and act on opportunities to promote the colleges
educational services.
Assess the needs of clients, including prospective students and industry partners, and provide tailored explanations of the college's programs
and pathways.
Monitor changes in client needs, market conditions, and competitor activities, and share insights with sales management to adapt strategies
accordingly.
Prepare and present quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements for enrolments and partnerships, ensuring accurate documentation of all
transactions.
Coordinate the delivery of services, including enrolment processes, orientation sessions, and access to support resources for students and
partners.
Report regularly to sales management on achieved targets, market insights, and the appeal of the colleges programs in the market.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by following up to ensure satisfaction with services and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Prepare comprehensive sales reports and maintain accurate records of business activities and expenses for management review.
Qualification and Experience:
Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role
Bachelor degree or higher qualification in a related discipline is preferred OR at least 3 years of relevant work experienceAdditional certifications in sales, customer relationship management, or education-related fields will be advantageous.
Understanding of marketing elements and market research methodsExperience working with international students, education agents, or training institutions is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of the Australian education system and the needs of international students.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
