The Maintenance Tech is responsible for basic PMs and building envelope maintenance of commercial properties, mostly office properties.- Basic maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural fixes for smooth facility operation.
- Address urgent maintenance issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
- Work with clients to address their building needs.
