Grounds Crew
Job Description:
The Milwaukee Brewers Grounds Crew is responsible for the overall maintenance and care of the American Family Field Facility. This responsibility includes American Family Field, a 30-acre landscape surrounding the stadium and Helfaer Youth Baseball Facility.The Grounds Crew is a part-time, seasonal position, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through October with winter hours possible.
Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Professional daily field maintenance
- Set-up and breakdown of batting practice materials and equipment
- Pre-game and post-game field preparations
- In-game duties and shop work
- Assist with seasonal landscape maintenance
- Maintain Helfaer Little League Field (day, night and weekend shifts required)
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized, clean, professional looking shop and break room area
The ideal candidate must possess a High School Diploma or GED; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
