C-Section Surgical Technician

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a health-related field or relevant experience.
• Certification or training in operating room procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Prepares and maintains sterile fields for emergency and scheduled C-sections.
• Assists in setting up surgical instruments and supplies.
• Supports OB surgical teams as a scrub technician.
• Observes and reports changes in patient conditions.
• Records vital signs and assists with patient positioning.
• Helps with post-operative care and room turnover.
