Sales Analyst

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Temporary Senior Sales Analyst for a six-month contract term, covering maternity leave. This individual will be responsible for sales planning, data analysis, and interdepartmental coordination to facilitate successful product releases.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days on-site in West Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Work seamlessly with various teams, including universal, data analytics, and inter-departments for shout, to coordinate on upcoming new releases
- Ensuring accurate costing and submission of the same to the studio and partners
- Responsible for forecasting and managing all metadata that pertains to the title, including merchandise, limited edition, collector's editions, formats, bonus content, etc
- Confirm that fees are accurate and go live at the appropriate times
- Collaborate with the internal production team to verify accuracy of data and product execution
- Partner with the finance team to project and work on P& Ls
- Meet all project deadlines leading up to release date
- Continue to uphold strong relationships with our retail and e-commerce partners, acting as the main contact person

- Proven track record of effectively working in a one-person team
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Capacity to work in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- Excellent excel skills
