Warehouse Supervisor
Warehouse Supervisor – 3rd Shift
Location: Livermore, CAShift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Some weekends required)
Pay: $32.00/hr + possible quarterly bonus based on performance
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and drive efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in third-party logistics (3PL), and a background in safety and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Leadership: Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff while maintaining a high-performance work environment.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate shipments, and implement best practices for warehouse organization.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular safety and 5S audits, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Performance & Reporting: Track productivity, manage key metrics, and provide coaching or corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Address operational concerns and resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Technology & Equipment Management: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and oversee warehouse equipment operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, safety protocols, and 5S principles
- Experience in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Previous forklift certification and operational experience preferred
