Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Mentor, Ohio. This role is primarily focused on website projects and involves coordinating work, designing trackers, and managing reporting systems. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and requires a hybrid work model, with on-site presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• Coordinate various tasks and establish the sequence of execution
• Design and maintain project trackers to monitor progress
• Develop effective reporting systems to communicate project status
• Lead and coordinate meetings to ensure clear communication among team members
• Manage the content coordination process for website projects
• Utilize SharePoint and Excel for project management and documentation
• Leverage CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, and Budget Processes for effective project management
• Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the project team
• Apply formal project management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. • Demonstrable experience with CRM systems
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining databases
• Knowledge and expertise in EO/IR systems
• Familiarity with budget processes, including planning and tracking
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms
• Formal Project Management training or equivalent experience
• Ability to lead and manage project teams towards achieving common goals
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in using project management software and tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
