L2 Application support
Role: L2 Application support Location: Omaha, NE (5 days onsite) (No Remote)Duration: 6 12 monthsWe are looking more at profiles fitting in Application Support role but with technologies (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere) and cloud technologies of Azure and Redhat Openshift and can be able to develop into DevOps rule with automation experience.Specification: Experience in middleware platforms and software-defined Application technology is Mandatory (database, Azure, Redhat Openshift, websphere liberty, Splunk, Link, messaging) Experience in upgradation, deployment, and administration of various middleware technologies; middleware architecture standards Consults L2/L3 experts on key issues and challenges of middleware environment.
Monitors the performance of individual components and the overall middleware products and platforms. Escalations to L2. Works with internal middleware teams to test, implement, integrate and generates reports concerning middleware utilization, capacity, availability and support.Documents all existing and new middleware platforms and infrastructure with respect to functionality.
