Responsibilities:
Campus Apartments is seeking a Capital Project Coordinator to manage capital projects and teach and manage site team managers.- Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to project scope and specifications.
- Review RFIs and submittals to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of RFIs, Submittals, Vendor Coordination, Water/Wastewater, and other related areas
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred, but not required
