Title: Assistant ControllerLocation: San Francisco
Salary: $165K - $200K, plus bonus and carry

Key Responsibilities:
- Primarily oversee fund accounting and some aspects of management company accounting.
- Responsible for waterfall and carry calculations, preparation of capital statements.
- Contribute to the work of an existing team of two senior accountants and a controller.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of fund accounting experience, ideally with VC fund accounting.
- A CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to work non-traditional hours, especially during quarter end.
